All custom pieces are created by my hands in my she shed at home & every piece takes hours of time & attention to complete. Each piece may have a few small imperfections that reflect character and uniqueness. I can assure you that these tiny treasures will last for lifetimes to come with your proper care. Therefore, I will not accept returns UNLESS there is a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied for other reasons, please feel free to reach out and I will be happy to hear you out. My customers are priority and of course I want you to shine and feel happy in my custom creations. When you purchase any piece(s) from me, you will receive care instructions in your package. Please make sure to read these care instructions to keep your jewelry looking pristine.
